Zev also leads development strategy and creative vision for Thompson Hills, a proposed mixed-use neighborhood in Sullivan County, building on more than two decades spent helping assemble and steward the property alongside his father. Before focusing on real estate, Zev was a designer, DJ, and co-founder of the internationally recognized music collective Wolf + Lamb, as well as an owner and operator of hospitality and nightlife venues in New York City.

Sheneur also serves as a personal development concierge to buyers, guiding architectural and design decisions as they realize their vision for a home within the Rustic Pines community.

Sheneur is also an accomplished food photographer and the photographer and prop master behind Feast Studio. His editorial and commercial work has appeared in leading publications, cookbooks, and campaigns for nationally recognized food brands. Before focusing on photography and real estate, Sheneur produced music and performed as DJ Sensay Shnay, while also working as an owner and operator of hospitality and nightlife venues in New York City.
